Can the crossdraw holster be moved from one side to the other, The listing says right hand but the picture is for a left hand draw. Which hand is it?

Yes, the holster should be removable. It should be able to be moved as well.

Will this fit a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm?

The holster is made to fit up to full size pistols. The Shield should fit though it likely will require more adjustment to be held securely.

A right-handed shooter would order 30EV26BK-R.

The -L and -R suffixes indicate the shooting hand.
