Question #1 asks if this comes with a throw lever. The answer states NO but included accessories in the specs says it does. Which is it?

Does this have a zero reset? I know the non-OPMOD model does, but does this one?

The Steiner OPMOD P4Xi 1-4x24mm Tactical Illuminated Rifle Scope has a small pinhole located at the bottom of the turret collar. This is where you can insert a safety pin or similar tool and drag the collar to line up with Zero.
