Does this have one or two layers of foam on the bottom? Also is there any reason why this would not work for a bow instead of a rifle?

Can I get pick and pluck foam for this?

The Pelican Vault V730 Tactical Rifle Case does not have an option for the pluck foam inserts. You may be able to order so replacement pluck foam inserts. However the manufacturer doesn't specify if there are pluck foam inserts that fit the Pelican Vault V730 Tactical Rifle Case.

Is this a TSA appropriate case for air travel?

Yes, the TSA only requires that firearms be in a hard-sided and lockable case, locked with TSA approved locks, so this will work as long as you use TSA approved locks.

Crushproof, dustproof, and weather resistant. (It does have a rubber seal).
