With a 14.5 inch barrel and surefire warcomp muzzle device will this block a suppressor from mounting properly?

The Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Lo-Pro Slope Nose Free Float Quad Rail has an internal diameter of 1.35". So whether or not the suppressor would fit this rail would depend on the outside diameter of the suppressor you are using.

Will the Phase 5 Weapon Systems Littleboy Hex Brake fit with a 16” barrel?

The Phase 5 Weapon Systems Inc Lo-Pro Slope Nose Free Float Quad Rail has an internal diameter of 1.35", while the LittleBoy Hexbrake has an outer diameter of 1.26". So it will fit within this handguard and function as intended.

This uses 1/8" 10-32 mounting screws for the available picatinny rails from Phase 5.

Hi, what kind of tool do I need to tighten the barrel nut. Is it difficult to achieve alignment between the holes on the barrel nut and the handguard.

All you should need to mount the barrel nut is a torque wrench, a 1 1/8" crowfoot wrench, and some anti-seize lubricant on the barrel extension threads. During installation, you're going to torque the barrel nut on to 35 ft.-lbs., then loosen the barrel nut and re-torque it between 35-80 ft.-lbs. to line up with a gas tube hole at the 12 o'clock position. You don't have to hit 80 ft.-lbs., just get it past 35 ft.-lbs. and get it lined up after that. You might have to loosen and re-torque a couple times.

This specific Phase5 Lo-Pro Slope Nose handguard is a modified quad rail - neither M-Lok nor Keymod, but it can accept M-Lok or picatinny rail sections.
