Yes, you can as long as you use the .223/5.56 models and as long as the barrel accepts a .750 diameter gas block journal.

I would as 300 blk tends to short cycle on subsonic ammo. It will work on any .750 journal. May want to not use pistol length gas system om 300 blk. Use mid gas so the timing and pressure are correct. No gas block can fix the timing issue 300blk has with a pistol length gas system.
