what is the width of the upper part of the gas block? my hand guard has about .388" to clear that part of the gas block

What is the min. height of the block to clear a hand guard?

It was reported that this block is approximately 1.570 overall height, and approximately .986" from center bore to top of unit.

I have this on a AR10 with a mid length gas system and it works great! Can I use this on a 300 Blackout with a pistol or carbine gas system?

Yes, you can as long as you use the .223/5.56 models and as long as the barrel accepts a .750 diameter gas block journal.

Will the pistol length 5.56 gas block work with a 10 in 300 black out 10in ballistics advantage barrel 7.50 gas journal?

POF USA Dictator Adjustable Gas Block Pistol length version should work with that set up. However, I recommend contacting POF USA to confirm compatibility due to the fact the gas tube cannot be replaced, and they do not state the specific length of each gas tube.
