Matte PVD is a coating (physical vapor deposition) increasing hardness, wear resistance, and improved oxidation resistance.

The Precision Armament Hypertap Muzzle Brakes, .45 Caliber models have the thread pattern listed next to the various models. The threads are either 5/8x24, 5/8x32, 3/4x24, or 11/16x24 depending on what model you choose. These Precision Armament Hypertap Muzzle Brakes, .45 Caliber will not fit the threads of the Kriss Vector.

Is this brake safe to use with a muzzleloader?

The Precision Armament Hypertap Muzzle Brake will work with your muzzleloader as long as it shares the same size threads and fires a bullet with a diameter of 0.458" or less.

This muzzle brake will work with calibers with a bullet diameter of 0.459" or less, including but not limited to .458 SOCOM, .45-70 GOV, .45 ACP and .408 Chey-Tac. Ensure the thread pitch of the brake matches your barrel's thread pitch.

Your barrel will need to have threads or be threaded by a qualified gunsmith. This muzzle brake will work with calibers with a bullet diameter of 0.459" or less, including but not limited to .458 SOCOM, .45-70 GOV, .45 ACP and .408 Chey-Tac. Ensure the thread pitch of the brake matches your barrel's thread pitch.
