Having bought the MPN: 05-0060 mount, I can answer my own prior question. Yes, my Holosun HE510C with low QD does in fact absolute co witness with the rear peep and front post Irons on my preban Colt A2 Sporter, and my Rock River A2 clone rifles. I found it easy to mount, a nice solid lock up, and easy to zero.

This Precision Reflex PRI M16/AR15 Carry Handle Mount has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I would recommend the Vism BlastAR Carry Handle Mount, which will allow you to utilize your Sig Romeo 7, and can be found by using the following link:

This Precision Reflex PRI M16/AR15 Carry Handle Mount has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I'd recommend the Vism BlastAR Carry Handle Mount, which will allow you to install your Eotech to the picatinny rail, and can be found by using the following link:

Will this work with an M4 detach carry handle, or will it only fit the front profile of an A1 handle? The Aimpoint gooseneck doesn't fit the M4 FWIW..

Both models will work. Choosing which model to get will depend on your preferred mounting height. MPN:05-0060 will offer a more elevated mounting base.

Will this mount fit on a rifle with the Magpul MOE handguard such as the Smith & Wesson "MOE-MID Magpul Edition" ?

The high rider mount works with the MOE handguard. I found that the standard carry handle mount strike the top of the MOE handguard before it sits flush in the rear sight. Hope this helps
