Having bought the MPN: 05-0060 mount, I can answer my own prior question. Yes, my Holosun HE510C with low QD does in fact absolute co witness with the rear peep and front post Irons on my preban Colt A2 Sporter, and my Rock River A2 clone rifles. I found it easy to mount, a nice solid lock up, and easy to zero.
This Precision Reflex PRI M16/AR15 Carry Handle Mount has been discontinued by the manufacturer. As to be expected another solod quality product from PRI. Although it doesn't clear the old surefire m500 handguards nor M4 clamshells, It must be used with skinny clamshells or aftermarket handgaurds.
