Yes you do get all the included mounts. It is in the manual. Go to primaryarms website.

This is the optic only with the one picatinny mount shown in picture. This can also be found at AKOU. The multiple mounting option version is the combo, also found at AKOU. The multiple mounting combo is usually another $100.
