Will the set screws damage the threads of the barrel once tightened all the way down?

No, the set screws contact the actual barrel OD - not the threads.

What is the width of the compensator? (relative to the width of the slide, 1.46 inches)

Primary Machine does not provide the width of each their CZ Stealth Compensators. However, they were designed specifically for the width and contours of the firearms they are made to fit and will not exceed the width of the slide in order to retain holster fitment.

Will this fit a CZ Sp-01 Tactical 9mm?

The Primary Machine CZ Stealth Compensator was designed for the CZ-P07, CZ-P09, CZ-P10. Since the manufacturer doesn't state whether it will work with the CZ SP-01 Tactical I recommend contacting them to confirm compatibility.

While this compensator may fit your P-01 with threaded barrel it was designed for the P07 and P10 and might not look aesthetic or not fit at all.
