Will this fit an Armalite AR-10 B? Please do not reflexively answer yes, an AR-10B uses magazines based on an M14 type mag, so it does matter...

The Pro Mag AR10 Lower Receiver Vise Block Kit is not compatible with an AR10B lower receiver. We do not currently carry a vise block that would be compatible.

I recommend not using the Pro Mag AR10 Lower Receiver Vise Block Kit to torque down a barrel nut.
