The ProMag Ruger 10/22 Archangel Rifle Conversion Package No Bayonet Desert Tan will not work with the Ruger Charger 22.

Unfortunately, ProMag only sells the pictured top rail for the Ruger 10/22 as a package that includes the buttstock, ergonomic finger grooved pistol grip with a locking storage compartment, a full length Picatinny top rail, a lower forend Picatinny rail, and hidden stock extension storage compartment.

What is the shortest length of pull when full assembled?

The Length of pull would be 10 inches when the stock is fully collapsed.
