This Pro Mag SKS 7.62X39MM Rifle Magazine should work however, Pro Mag does issue a disclaimer that states that Due to the variability in mag-well dimensions in the wide variety of manufacturers of the SKS rifles and carbines, and in how they have been converted for the use of detachable magazines, this magazine may require hand-fitting or may not be suitable for your individual firearm.
You will need to do your own due diligence in regards to what is legal for you to do when a part is in your possession. We highly recommend reaching out to your local ATF department to confirm as we cannot provide legal advice.
The 5 round magazines are only made to fit 5 rounds, they are not a higher capacity magazine that has been modified.
Yes it will fit.
Short answer yes. Long answer is I had to get a Dremel tool and shave off about a half a millimeter on the sides and a millimeter on the front of the to get it to fit in smoothly would have probably wore in over time. Also not mad any miss feeds accept for the last round every time. No matter how many rounds I put in the magazine it's always the last round. Also a little inconvenience is you can't put the magazine in without having the bolt back without modifying the bolt I'm not willing to modify my bolt But it is simple to do with a grinder a dremel and a little bit of patience. There's a few YouTube videos on how to do it.
This mag loader works for the sks and should be compatible.
