External battery pack, what are my options?

It comes with an adapter which replaces the battery pack which provides both a USB and round jack. Any common USB battery pack could be used.

Is this the new black and white or the green screen ?

The Pulsar RXQ30V displays heat signatures in black and white that prevents eye fatigue and creates outstanding contrast. It has a White-hot / black-hot viewing mode

The description says "1.6-6.4" which suggests that magnification is variable but the specs say that it's 1.6 fixed. Which is it?

The Pulsar Core RXQ30V has a fixed 1.6x magnification but uses a digital zoom feature(picture in picture zooming) that allows it to zoom up to 6.4x.

How can I order just the screws that mount the mount to the rail? Torqued it too hard and snapped the bolt
