Do models that say they have a 20” barrel...actually have a 20” barrel? Does Radical have an answer for the fail to feed and extract issues? Thanks.

Yes, the barrel will be 20". Unfortunately, you will need to contact Radical Firearms about any modifications have been made to correct issues.

Can this be matched up to any lower? Does it require a milspec or commercial lower?

The mil-spec vs commercial dimensions pertain to the buffer system only. This upper will fit any AR-15 lower.

Radical Firearms does not provide the overall weight of their 450 Bushmaster complete upper receiver. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Is this barrel chrome lined? Why is the twist rate 1:14 and not 1:24?

what is the thread pinch for the muzzle brake? and would i be able to take the muzzle brake off and replace it with an after market brake?

11/16-24 is the threading. Make sure to lock the barrel down to remove or reinstall.

With a .223/5.56, the M4 feed ramp is a modification to the two feed ramps that guide the nose of the bullet and casing into the breech of the chamber. The standard AR rifle type feed ramp is a 45 degree cut into the bottom of the breach of the barrel. The m4 type feed ramp is a shallower 52 degrees that extend down into the bottom of the upper receiver.

This upper has a single, centered feed ramp.
