I am looking at 7.62x39 AR-15 upper assembly. Is their any kind of restrictiions on the ammo used, such as steel cased Russian ammo?

I’ve shot a couple of thousand steel case through my radical 7.62x39 and not one issue.

Does this come with bolt carrier group and charging handle or not? Spec said it does but OP said no when asked.

I am a newbie to the ar15 world. Just bought a Del-ton ar15 5.56/223, believe it is milspec. How can I tell if this upper will fit my lower?

If you have a Mil-Spec AR15 lower receiver the Radical Firearms AR-15 Complete Upper Receiver 7.62x39 HBAR will work with your lower. From what information I can find the Del-Ton AR15 lowers are Mil-Spec so these uppers will work with your lower.

Radical Firearms does not state the specs for their BCG's in the Radical Firearms AR-15 Complete Upper Receiver 7.62x39 HBAR. From what information I could find it is a Melonite treated BCG and does not have an enhanced firing pin. I recommend contacting Radical Firearms for the specifications of this BCG.

Will this operate with the AR-15 BCG and charging handle that came with my radical arms AR-15 pistol? Or do I have to buy an upper receiver w BCG?

The Radical Firearms AR-15 Complete Upper Receiver 7.62x39 HBAR will work with a 7.62x39mm bolt and standard BCG. It will also work with a Mil-Spec charging handle. So if your AR Pistol is not chambered in 7.62x39 you will need a new bolt. If your AR pistol uses a Mil-Spec charging handle it will work with the Radical Firearms AR-15 Complete Upper Receiver 7.62x39 HBAR. Certain models of the Radical Firearms AR-15 Complete Upper Receiver 7.62x39 HBAR come with a BCG and charging handle and others do not. Here is a list of models that come with a BCG and charging handle and don't come with a BCG and charging handle.
