Will this fit the 1187 with the youth stock.

as long as the 2 guns are the same gauge, it should. The 1100 and 11-87 differ only slightly in the gas system parts under the forend, the stocks both attach via a nut threaded onto the recoil spring tube that sends the bolt forward to chamber a shell.
