Will this fit a Remington 740 Woodsmaster?

The stock will fit with a different screw, but the forend will not work without modification.

Yes, this should fit the 740 as well, however you may need a different length screw for the forend.

The length is not included in the specifications, but it does say it matches the size of the stock 7400 butt stock.
