Will this work on fnx-45 tactical?

The Reptilia ROF Riser is not intended to be used on a handgun nor would it be compatible with your FNX-45. To install an optic on your FNX-45, you need to use the adapter plates included with your FN.

Do screws to mount the rmr come with this?

Yes, the Reptilia ROF Riser for Trijicon RMR will include longer flat head 6-32 screws to mount an RMR.

Is this plate cut for the rmr on both the top and bottom? I have a 1913 pic mount that is rmr cut and a 407 and need to raise it. Will this work?

Yes, the Reptilia ROF Riser for Trijicon RMR will work on a RMR picatinny mount to raise the Holosun 407.
