No. The Rival Arms Glock 19 Gen 3/4 Precision Threaded Drop-in Barrel features 1/2x28 LH threads.

The Rival Arms Glock 19 Gen 3/4 Precision Threaded Drop-in Barrel should work fine with a Killer Inovations Velocity V1 Slide for a Gen3 Glock 19. The OSS RAD9 suppressor should have another space to thread onto the Rival Arms Glock 19 Gen 3/4 Precision Threaded Drop-in Barrel.

Will a Zev comp 2 fit on this barrel?

Yes. The Rival Arms Glock 19 Gen 3/4 Precision Threaded Drop-in Barrel uses 1/2x28 threads which is what is needed to fit the ZEV Comp. On top of that, the ZEV Comp was designed for the Glock 19 so it will be a perfect combo.
