Will this fit a Ruger PC Carbine 9mm? Barrel is threaded for 1/2 x 28.

The Ruger (90699) Radial Ported Muzzle Brake is compatible with 9mm and will fit and function on your PC Carbine.

Will this fit all ruger American rifles with threaded barrels? It says Ranch which has a 16" barrel. Mine is 20" but still threaded.

This will fit anything threaded in 1/2"x28. Larger rifle calibers are often threaded with 5/8"x24 for stronger threads.
