No, this Ruger M77 Scope Ring Set will only accommodate a riflescope with an objective lens up to 42mm. You would need to use the High set, found by using the link below:

If you are having issues with your current scope ring setup, then I would recommend using a picatinny rail base where you can mount scope rings anywhere on the picatinny rail and use any scope rings you wanted to. The base I would recommend is the Evolution Gun Works Picatinny Scope Mount found using the following link:

Yes. This Ruger M77 Scope Ring Set would work perfectly with your setup. Typically with a 44mm objective lens, you would want to use medium height rings to allow for clearance of your objective lens. These rings would fit and function as intended on your M77. MPN:90411
