No. The Samson SIG 556 Rails - STAR-556 Rail is only compatible with the Sig 556, 556 Classic and 556R.

Late response to your question but this one won't fit apparently but B & T make a beautiful Q-rail for the 551-A1 but the only thing is that it's quite expen$$$ive. It's almost $600 yet I'm thinking about buying one for my Sig. Quads are awesome and will never be obsolete
