Some users of the Echo II triggers report issues with light strikes on the primer, however that has more to do with the buffer weight than with the brace or any buffer tube or stock you may be using.

No, you cannot. It is a proprietary buffer tube and is the only one that can be used with this system.

Will this brace fit on ATI Tactical Omni Maxx Hybrid AR-15 Pistol ?

This will not work the ATI Omni Hybrid Maxx is thicker than a standard receiver for strength purposes due to the use of polymer.

No, due to the design of the SB PDW the arms holding the brace would interfere with use of the Law Tactical folding adapter.

The SB Tactical SBPDW Pistol Stabilizing Brace buffer tube can be purchased individually. However, we currently do not have it available and I recommend contacting SB Tactical for this buffer tube.

Does this brace work for aero precision 9mm EPC buffer tube??

The SB Tactical SBPDW Pistol Stabilizing Brace for Mil-spec AR-15 Receivers comes with a buffer tube that has to be used with the brace. The brace itself will not work with the EPC 9 buffer tube.
