Does it come with a throw lever

The Shepherd Scopes Phantom 1-6x24mm Rifle Scope magnification adjustment ring has a raised portion to allow for easier adjustment. However, it does not come with an extended throw lever.

The reticle information is as follows direct from Shepherd:

"The Phantom T1 weapon sight works with everything from a .223 – .338 LM caliber rifles with muzzle velocities from 2,800 feet per second to 3,300 feet per second. This includes 6mm, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm, .270 and most 300 Win Mag.

The Phantom T2 rifle scope is ideal for the AR15, AR10, M4 and AK-47. The drops match up well with the 5.56 NATO, 7.62 NATO, .223, .308, 30-06, and several others with velocities in the 2600-2900 range."

What's the eye relief? Is it better or worse than a sig 1-4x tango 4. Also I'm looking for something that is daylight bright
