The Shepherd Scopes Phantom 1-6x24mm Rifle Scope magnification adjustment ring has a raised portion to allow for easier adjustment. However, it does not come with an extended throw lever.
The reticle information is as follows direct from Shepherd:
"The Phantom T1 weapon sight works with everything from a .223 – .338 LM caliber rifles with muzzle velocities from 2,800 feet per second to 3,300 feet per second. This includes 6mm, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm, .270 and most 300 Win Mag.

Never had much experience with Shepherd scopes but after using this I wasn't disappointed.
For a 1-6x riflescope this thing gives the Razor Gen II a run for its money. The 1-6x Phantom is lighter than most 1-6x on the market.
