No, this SIG SAUER Flat Trigger is the OEM trigger that comes on the P365XL model pistol. It is not adjustable.

How hard are these to install?

There are mixed reviews from users, some state it is an easy installation while some users state it is best to have a gunsmith install the trigger. This is dependent on your knowledge and experience. There are videos explaining installation on the internet for reference as well.

The flat trigger provides a significant leverage advantage over the curved trigger. You will be able to pull through the break more smoothly ensuring a higher repeatability of your shot placement.
