The SIG SAUER MCX/MPX Collapsible Stock will not be compatible with a standard AR15 lower receiver. This stock is designed to attach to a 1913 interface on the back of the MCX/MPX receiver. The AR15 requires a buffer system to function, this would eliminate that and make it non-operational.

I should have been more specific a bufferless AR with a picatinny attachment what I wanted to know was with the rails clear an AR lower not about the interface thank you
