Will it work on a p320 X carry 3.9? Flush at the front of the slide?

No. The Sig Sauer P320 X-series Full Grip Module Assembly is too long for the P320 X Carry slide and will not allow it to fit flush.

No, the SIG SAUER P320 X-series Full Grip Module Assembly is not cut for a manual safety and would not be compatible with the M18.

No. The Sig Sauer P320 X-series Full Grip Module Assembly is longer than a P320 RX slide and will not fit flush with the frame.

Will this grip module work with my P320 X Series Compact with a 3.6” barrel? If so, is it bigger or smaller than the original grip module?

No, these grip modules would not fit the X-Compact properly. This grip would extend beyond the end of the slide.
