This is meant for a P220 per Sig Sauers provided information. You will need to verify with the manufacturer, Sig Sauer, as to whether these parts are compatible/interchangeable between the other classic P-series pistols.

Will these install regardless of external or internal extractors?

Yes, these parts mount in the frame rather than the slide, so they do not interact with the extractor which is on or in the slide.

Does the decocking lever that comes with this kit work with Hogue rubber wrap-around grips. I have seen conflicting information on this.

This kit should work with the Hogue grips. The Hogue grips are made to fit the same as a stock grip in terms of clearance for other parts, and this is made to fit with stock grips, so in turn it should work fine with the Hogue grips as well.
