Will this work with the SDR 7.62 QD? I know you can run the 7.62 on 5.56 rifles, curious if this will be the muzzle device I need to do so. — 2 Answers

No, this particular model is for .556 rifles. The 7.62 bullet would not fit through the muzzle device. You would need this model instead: https://www.opticsplanet.com/sig-sauer-qd-taper-lok-flash-hider-mount-for-srd762-qd-1-2-28-tpi-srd-762-12x28.html

Reading Kurts answer infuriates news, because that’s clearly not what you’re asking. You’re asking whether the SRD762-QD suppressor will fit on this 556 muzzle break. Unfortunately, I can’t give you a definitive answer, however I’m going to buy it anyway and find out. Worst case scenario I have a new muzzle break for my 556.
