If you do not have the tactical model of the FNX-45, you will need to use the Evolution Gun Works Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Sight Mount For FN FNS, FNX (linked below). If you have the optics ready model, you would need to purchase a Deltapoint Pro optic plate from FN in order to mount this optic.

Thank you for replying. I can see by your answer I did not provide enough information. I do have the FNX-45 tactical model. Does this also make it an optics ready model? And therefore I need the mounting plate that you specify?
