Will this mount on a Weaver rail?

The SIG SAUER Romeo5 1x20mm Compact Red Dot Sight will not mount to a Weaver rail. You would need to purchase an Aimpoint Micro T1/T2 mount that fits weaver rails, such as the Contessa Red Dot Fixed Mounts for Picatinny/Weaver Rail, which can be found linked below:

Is it parallax free? Holosun has a coating on some of their lens that makes it parallax free is this the case. Up to what yardage is it parallax free?

No, the SIG SAUER Romeo5 1x20mm Compact Red Dot Sight is not compatible with the P365. If you have an optics ready model, you can fit any optic with the Shield RMSc footprint like the Sig Romeo Zero, and Holosun 407K/507K.
