The SIG SAUER ROMEO5 1x20mm Red Dot Sight could be used as a 45 degree offset optic with the correct mount. However, I would recommend using a smaller and lighter optic such as the Swampfox Liberty 1x22mm RMR Dot Sight (linked below) paired with the Strike Industries Strike Ambush 45-Degree Optic Mount, also found by using the second link below:

The SIG SAUER ROMEO5 1x20mm Red Dot Sight could be mounted at 45 degree angle with the correct mount. The SIG SAUER ROMEO5 1x20mm Red Dot Sight uses the Aimpoint Micro footprint. So the mount at the link below should work.
