The SIG SAUER ROMEO5 1x20mm Red Dot Sight could be used as a 45 degree offset optic with the correct mount. However, I would recommend using a smaller and lighter optic such as the Swampfox Liberty 1x22mm RMR Dot Sight (linked below) paired with the Strike Industries Strike Ambush 45-Degree Optic Mount, also found by using the second link below:

The red dots will come with a bikini style set of lens covers, but there are no flip caps available for this unit as there is no where for them to be mounted.
