I just got a PSA AK47, and plan on getting there 103 when it comes out. Which is also 7.62x39. Would this scope with the 300 blackout horseshoe work

You could technically use the .300 Blackout version for 7.62x39, but you would need to verify your bullet drops and hold over information against the reticle subtensions provided here:

The information for the .300 Blackout reticle can be found on page 6 and all of the values are listed in MOA. So you will want to verify your DOPE and compare it to the values listed for the reticle to verify hold over values.

The MPN: SOT61017 would be the best option, but you can technically use any of these with that caliber you will just need to verify the drops and hold overs specific to your rifle platform.

I see under the reticle option it says .300 black out horseshoe; is there a 5.56 horseshoe option or is the .300 black out the same?

We don't currently offer any of the 5.56 specific models. There are some universal options like the MPN:SOT61017 which is just a standard mil-dot/MRAD style reticle that can be used for any caliber. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can provide some other options as well.

The reticle images on optics planet and Sig say horseshoe reticle is for 5.56/7.62. The product description says it's a 300blk. What is correct? thnx

You need to verify the MPN or manufacturers part numbers to verify which reticles correspond with which models.

MPN: SOT61012 is the 300 Blackout Horseshoe Dot, graphite finish
MPN: SOT61112 is the 300 Blackout Horseshoe Dot, black finish
MPN: SOT61017 is the MRAD Milling, graphite finish

At this time, the LevelPlex Digital Anti-Cant System is available on the Tango6 5-30x56, 4-24x50 and 3-18x44 models, as well as the Whisky5 5-25x52, 3-15x52, 2.4-12x56 and 3-15x44 models.

Yes, MPN: SOT61111 and MPN: SOT61011 both have BDC that can be used for 7.62x51 and are FFP.
