You could technically use the .300 Blackout version for 7.62x39, but you would need to verify your bullet drops and hold over information against the reticle subtensions provided here:

The information for the .300 Blackout reticle can be found on page 6 and all of the values are listed in MOA. So you will want to verify your DOPE and compare it to the values listed for the reticle to verify hold over values.
