it's fine even for the full size or just for the compact

This is a Carry size frame, so it will fit compact/carry and full size slides, however you will need full/carry size magazines as the compact magazines are too short.

Yes. The SIG SAUER Lima5 Red Laser Grip Module will accept standard 15 round P320 magazines.

As long as your pistol doesn't have the thumb safety, it should fit.

The grip will not fit the safety without modification.

Will this work on the sub compact 320?

Yes and no, you CAN mount the sub-compact slide on this, but the frame would protrude further than the slide, and you would need magazines for the compact rather than the sub-compact.
