Yes, the SIG SAUER ROMEOZero 1x24mm Elite Reflex Red Dot Sight will mount directly to the optic cut slide on the S&W Equalizer without the need for an adapter plate.

The Hellcat Pro has an optics ready slide to red dots that use the Shield RMSc footprint. So the SIG SAUER ROMEOZero 1x24mm Elite Reflex Red Dot Sight will fit the Hellcat Pro.

The SIG SAUER ROMEO Zero Elite will fit the M17, however, it will not use the entirety of the optic cut. This is because the Romeo Zero Elite uses the smaller RMSc footprint opposed to the Deltapoint Pro footprint that the M17 uses. I would recommend using the SIG SAUER ROMEOZero Pro, which uses the Deltapoint Pro footprint and would be a better fit for the M17. It can be found linked below:

The SIG SAUER ROMEO Zero Elite does not include a picatinny rail mount. You would need to use a picatinny mount that works for the Shield RMSc or Deltapoint Pro footprint.
