Is it schockprove on a 30-06?

Yes, SightMark states their Citadel 1-10x24mm CR1 Rifle Scope is Shockproof / Fogproof / Waterproof. It should have no issues maintaining zero with a 30-06 rifle.

This dose not include a Cantilever mount.

This should be compatible but the BDC reticle calibrated for .223 55-grain ammunition
