I have a Weatherby Vanguard. What height Talley rings should I get to properly install this scope? Thank you

The correct height rings will depend on a couple factors and the guide at the first link below will help you determine proper ring height for your scope and rifle. However, if you are wanting to using the Talley Rings that directly mount to the receiver I recommend using the high Talley Weatherby Rifle Scope Mount. The Talley Weatherby Rifle Scope Mounts at the link below will work.

Yes, MPN: 26016 is FFP and is a MIL reticle with MIL adjustments on the turrets.

Do all s-tac scopes have a zero stop?

They do not. The only model that has a zero stop is MPN: 26016.

Does the moa model have exposed dials like the mil model? I don't see a picture of the moa dials

MPN: 26016 is the only model on this page that has exposed turrets. The MPN: 26014 and MPN: 26015 have capped target style turrets.
