The SilencerCo Threaded Barrel is not compatible with the Sig P250 Compact. We do carry some compatible barrels for your Sig that you can find using the following link:

I don't see how it wouldn't. any size p250 or p320 barrel will fit in any size p250 or p320 slide. I just test fit mine in a p320 sub compact, looks silly but works just fine.
