Both would work with your pistol. They are functionally the same, but one of them is a Demo Product. Here's some additional information on that.

What optics does the kit support? What mounting plates are included?

This comes with the adapters to mount the following sights: Trijicon RMR, Leupold Delta Point, Jpoint, Doctor, C-More STS, and Insight MRDS as well as any optics that share those mounting patterns (such as the Vortex Venom and Viper red dot sights).
