The Sniper AR-15 Extended Pistol Buffer Tube Kit is 9.3" in length and includes the buffer, spring, sling plate, and locking nut.
The internal length of these is going to be just over 7 inches, using standard/carbine length buffer weight. Just so people don't get confused with A5 setups like Vltor. Just pulled from another site "Tube has a welded disc about 7 inches in, allowing it to be used with regular length spring and recoil buffer. Disc has a hole to allow gas flow..". Length from back of castle/lock nut on mil-spec lower is 8.25 inches (+ or - a wee bit). For the new ATF pistol brace rules/points sake, end of tube straight down and then to "trigger center" is 12 inches (equals 2 points towards SBR in section III). Again end of tube, some braces will add length. I am grabbing measurements off of a Spikes Tactical Extended Pistol Brace that I know is identical length measurements internally and externally to Sniper/Presma (installed both recently). I can not verify the diameter of the Sniper brand tube at this time, sorry. Sniper/Presma brand does not have QD connect on back. Hope this helps.
