1. Changed Shooting Stance & Grip Distance

Since this buffer tube is about 2 inches longer than a typical pistol buffer tube, it increases the distance from your shoulder to the grip.
This results in a more open elbow angle and may feel more natural and comfortable for shooters with longer arms or broader shoulders.
For smaller-framed individuals, however, it might feel less maneuverable or slightly awkward.
2. Potential for Improved Stability (for Some Users)

A longer buffer tube can allow for more consistent cheek weld and potentially more stable aiming, especially when using optics or shooting from a supported position.
3. Reduced Maneuverability in CQB

Is the hole at the rear of the tube threaded?

The Sniper AR-15 Round Buffer Tube is threaded on one side only to fit Mil-spec AR15 style lower receivers. It has an outer diameter of 1.25" to fit braces and buttplates.

Yes, buffer tubes are interchangable between platforms. It will work with an AR10/LR308.
