No, this is not compatible with the Enhanced uppers that have the built in barrel nut.

Yes, the Spikes Tactical LW BAR2 Quad Rail is compatible with any Milspec Ar15 upper receiver and includes all components necessary to install.

The Spikes Tactical LW BAR2 Quad Rail comes with (10) Grade 8 T-20 Torx Screws (2 spares). For more information regarding spare screws I recommend contacting Spikes Tactical.

Does this rail fit perfectly on Aero Precision's M4E1 Enhanced uppers?

The Spikes Tactical LW BAR2 Quad Rail will not work with the Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced upper receivers. Those upper receivers are only compatible with the Aero Precision Enhanced Handguards.

The I.D is 1.8in if your kit is below that diameter it should work well.

How does this rail help with a suppressor? I have a 8.5” 300 blackout. Does this rail allow connect/disconnect if covered by the rail system?

This rail has an I.D of 1.8 inches, if you suppressor diameter is below that it should work well.
