Yes, the .308 Spikes Tactical ST Dynacomp Extreme Suppressor will function as intended with 300 Blackout. Both 300 Blackout and .308 have the same bullet diameter, meaning any muzzle device that works with .308 will also work with 300 Blackout.

The Spikes Tactical ST Dynacomp Extreme Suppressor is 2.25" long. So it could be pinned and welded to a 13.9" barrel.

what is the thread size for the 5.56 Suppressor Thread Version SBV1016 on the external of the device?

Spikes Tactical does not state the threads on the outside of the Spikes Tactical ST Dynacomp Extreme Suppressor model for 556. I recommend contacting Spikes Tactical for that information.

OK, reading the answers and people indirectly answered my question, "this is a muzzle brake, not a suppressor." So, why is this called a suppressor?

The Spikes Tactical ST Dynacomp Extreme Suppressor is officially named the Tactical Dynacomp. The only reason it says suppressor is because it kind of looks like one. However, as you already stated, this is not a suppressor and its sole purpose is to reduce felt recoil and lower muzzle rise.

Not necessarily, but restrictions can vary based on city, county and state level. This is a standard muzzle brake, not a suppressor.

Yes, it would, but you would need to go with the .308 caliber Dynacomp. Ensure your thread pitch matches up with the 5/8x24 thread pitch on the Dynacomp.
