The Spikes Tactical ST Dynacomp Extreme Suppressor is officially named the Tactical Dynacomp. The only reason it says suppressor is because it kind of looks like one. However, as you already stated, this is not a suppressor and its sole purpose is to reduce felt recoil and lower muzzle rise.
