No, the Spikes Tactical Billet Upper is a stripped upper receiver and does not include a barrel nut. It is compatible with Mil-spec barrel nuts.

The Spikes Tactical upper receiver at the link below does not have a logo on it. If you want a Spikes Tactical Billet Upper - Gen II - Mil-Spec Barrel Nut without the logo, I recommend contacting Spikes Tactical in regards to them making one without a logo.

Will this upper for the Odin works 15.5 ragna handguard.

If that handguard uses a Mil Spec Barrel Nut then it should fit the Spikes Tactical Billet Upper - Gen II. If it uses a proprietary barrel nut then it won't fit.
